Because Dholera spans dozens of villages and dozens of TP schemes across a very large area, location context matters enormously — a plot's value depends heavily on its distance from the Central Spine Road, the airport site, and completed utility lines. We recommend cross-checking any plot's exact TP scheme and final plot number against official DICDL maps before making a decision.

On the live map above, the Activation Area sits roughly at the centre of the wider SIR boundary — a compact zone of about 22.5 square kilometres where trunk roads, drainage and utilities are already largely built. Most current investment activity and confirmed anchor projects (the semiconductor fab, data centre campuses) are located in or near this zone.
Two distances matter most when evaluating a plot's location: distance to the Central Spine Road (the main artery running through the Activation Area) and distance to the airport site in the north of the SIR. Plots closer to both tend to carry a premium, reflecting easier access to completed infrastructure.
